Exclamation PS2 DVD Question???

Was wondering if you need to apply a patch when coopying EA PS2 DVD games? I have a DVR-A04 and use Nero to burn my DVD-R games..Just wondering for EA games if you need a patch..Also..Does anyone know if there are any games that have copyright protection on them and cannot be backed up?

You do not need to patch PS2 DVD games for EA protection.

Yes there are games that are protected, one for example is Xenosaga. It is on a dual layered disc and shows up to be over 7 gigs in length. There are currently no dvd-r blanks that are being sold as dual layered.
