hello guys i was wodnering if some of you guys could make a no cd crack for 1.01b world editor!!!

you can make maps with that

World Editor is not updated by using that 1.01b patch, it's still the 1.01 version. If i'm not wrong.

I compared this using Flash-SFV + CRC.

but i need 1.01b to play on the internet so what shoudl i do?

What CirKutz said is right.

The two main executable:
war3.exe --> 1.01b, updated through 1.01b patch
worldedit.exe --> 1.01, only updated through 1.01 patch, but not updated in 1.01b patch, so it's still 1.01

So, get the virtual crack for 1.01b, and use fixed exe for worldedit.exe, then u r done.

What i did :

I have a burnt copy of the CD, so it's an "official" version of the game.

So, I fully installed it, applied the 1.01 patch just for the World Editor, since it's just an EXE overwrite, then I applied the official 1.01 patch.
After that, I applied the official 1.01b patch, then the Fixed EXE replacement (No-CD crack in your case). That way, the 1.01b doesnt touch the WorldEdit.exe at all, and thus is cracked from the 1.01 crack. Making it all work like a charm. Confusing, but works if you understand it.....
