Post VDO DAYTON CD backup

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to backup my VDO DAYTON navigation CD ?

It seems to be copy protected.. Any suggestion is most welcome !

Are you sure it's a cd, as many satnav systems use DVD's to enable higher storage capacity (800Mb c.f. 8 GB).

If in doubt, use Clony XXL to analyse your cd/dvd. Search for it.
