scooby doo cyber chase help..............

I need to convert the above from ntsc 2 pal so it plays in color, i have no spare scart sckts and i tried making a patch me self several times but it just makes the game stick, i have used the tutorial on the gcw site but it a no no, any other progs that will do it or any links to patches would be a great help, the us scoob one in the gcw list dont work either

help pls
