cd check hassle 4 planescape

the two cd version of Planescape - Torment that comes bundled with soulbringer has not worked with the cracks and such from GCW or any affiliate site.

In the 4 cd version, you are supposed to set the cd checks in the ini file like the lines below:

HD0:=c:\torment
CD1:=c:\torment\CD1\
CD2:=c:\torment\CD2\
CD3:=c:\torment\CD3\
CD4:=c:\torment\CD4\
and use a patch on the exe
simple redirection, however

(Installed in E:\Black Isle\Planescape - Torment)
the 2cd has all the files in the second cd, where my original ini pointed to that one cd. I used the 1.1 full patch and the torment.1.1.0000.nocd.patch.exe, copied the files over to cd/cd2/
and set all the CD* checks to the same folder. When I load games, area, whatever, the error message says there is no cd in drive e:

If I'm not doing anything wrong, then I ask has anyone has seen a crack for this 2cd version, or can explain how I can make one using the patch programs.


on a side note, the game won't run if I have cachesize set for anything but 240, the default, but the crack directions for the 4cd say to change it. Would I also have to do this?
