can 'virtua fighter 4' be copied to a cdr directly?

Virtua fighter 4 is only 659 MB. Can it be copied to a 700 MB cdr without ripping?

What Version do you got? The US Version is under 500 megs.
473 to be exact..I made a direct 1:1 copy from the original..
Unless you're taking about when the image stretches out when it's in the HDD..

It's Austrlian version.
Is US version a dvd or a cd?
