I have a CD-RW, now what?

I'm quite familiar with burning cds using Nero and CloneCD (for those tough games). However, someone asked me to see if I could get him Madden 2003 for his PlayStation 2. I was wondering if it is possible to burn the game to a CD, and how. Thanks for any info, I'm more familiar with copying games and image files and such.

Check if the disc is a cd or a dvd. If its a dvd forget copying it with your cd-rw drive. If its a cd make an image with clone cd by choosing read subchannel data from data tracks and read subchannel data from audio tracks. Then when you are ready to burn your image on a cd choose don't repair subchannel. Make sure that your drive is 100% compatible with clone cd. If you can mark the above boxes on clone cd then probably your drive is supported.
