Clonecd freezes when i start it and i cant reboot

i have used clone before and it worked perfect, but then i formated my harddisk and when i tried to start clone it just freezes. When i start it i click agree and the cdwriter starts running, and after 10 seconds the little clonecd box appears and my computer is just dead.
This really bugs me cause i just loved that program and i have used it many times before i formatted my hardisk.

Please help me and i will be very thankfull.
