Liteon burner or TDK Velo the best ?

Local computer mag PCUser tested twelve CD burners and rated the Liteon 48x32x12 as the best of the lot considering low price and outstanding reading and writing as good as any of the others. TDK velo is expensive. I believe Liteon 48x40x12 is same burner with a speed tweak. I have older model Sony burner. When it collapses my new burner will be a Liteon if they retain performance.
