Nero 5.0.3.8 Can it copy AofE2? If so, how?

I have Nero 5.0.3.8. So far, it has been reading the CD for 46 minutes and it is still at 0%. I am a patient man (probably dumb too), but this is ridiculous. I'm obviously doing something wrong here. Is it that Nero can't backup this game? I would use Clone-CD, but I only have a HP 8100 (not supported). Any help on the proper settings for Nero or other options to consider would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Had to modify my message. It's up to 1% Read (took 1 hour). I'm gonna wait it out and see, but there's gotta be a better way to do this. Please for the love of God, HELP!!! Later.

ok sounds as if its working ok. It will probably take you ages to get past the copy protection (usually upto the first 5% of the CD after this everything will move alot quicker in fact you shouls have it done with a few minutes.

Mane, Thanks for the reply. I heard it could take awhile to get past all the garbage at the beginning of the CD, but my patience ran out. I decided to try to use my CD-ROM drive (50x) as the reader. I set it for the slowest setting (4x), and it flew through the CD (about 10 minutes). Then the HP 8100 burnt the CD in an hour. All I have to do now is use the patch to see if it all works the way it should. Thanks for the reply. I truly appreciate it. Later.
