buy a dreamcast(dirt cheap if u find one not being made anymore
as psx paul said has emu for most consoles (minus ps1 and ps2 xbox gamecube) no chip needed no need for anything

 sorry to be corrective but heres the emu`s for psxmaster system game gear pce (TG-16) game boy nes N-64 cannot be emulated because the system that is emulating a machine has to be 3-4x faster than the original machine. But ps2 may be able to emulate 64 because it`s 3x faster than 64

Sorry psx_paul,the game boy emu isnt on the net it`s on a cart i bought along with other emu`s but here are names not links i dont know em for the emulators:
sms/GG: mastergear TG-16:fpce i think nes: http://imbnes.gamebase.ca thats all i know sorry  anyone got the link for snes on ps2 emu?
