problems with playstation

got some problems...
got the chip... copied some games... but still having problems...

sometimes the burned games start to load but stop... why?
sometimes gameshark only loads half way... why?
sometimes the ps drops the disk on the tray when it is still spinning.... why?
sometimes you can hear the disk spinning inside the machine and the laser trying to read... is this normal or ok?
can you copy gameshark and it work?

i need some major help please. Any responce is appreciated. Thank you.
