little help on NTSC and PAL

I'm sumwhat confuse. I'm trying to buy a Messiah mod chip and it brings out sumthing about PAL and NTSC sorry sorry for taking up ur time. Thanks

If you have a European purchased PS2 it is PAL, if it is US purchased then its NTSC.

Use keyword "Messiah" under the PS2 forum to search for all your answers.
