Unhappy Problems with Global Image - Stuntman

Can anyone help I am trying to burn Stuntman using Primodvd but am having absolutely no luck.

I have 3 files - stuntman (11).gi, stuntman (12).gi and stuntman.gi but whichever I open using Primodvd it keeps coming up with the same message - 'invalid image'.

Has anyone else had this problem?? Does anyone know of any other software packages that can open Global Images?

Any help would be well appreciated.

Cheers

Dead simple, open stuntman.gi with primo not the ones with the numbers. Make sure you are using the guide in www.psxcopyworld.co.uk

Fixed first problem!

Discovered the problem which was that Primo needed an update patch to run the stuntman.gi file. It now burns but can't get it to boot however I'm not sure about the DVD I used - what do you guys use?

Could someone tell me if you don't do it right does it tend to reset back to the screen where you have the memory card or CD select screen? Thats all I seem to get..

Am using the DVD boot method, swapping with an original DVD and then putting in Stuntman at the end. Got it to go to a black screen but then just reset itself.

What original TOC disc are you using to boot up your copy of Stuntman? Devil May Cry Demo disc is recommended for NTSC PS2's.

Ok, that may be the problem.

Put MGS2 in your pc's DVD drive. Click "My Computer" and find the drive that has your MGS2 disc in it. Right click that drive and then click "Properties". You will see MGS2's exact TOC. Write that number down and eject your disc.

Put Stuntman in your pc's DVD drive and do the same as above to find out what the TOC of the PAL version of Stuntman is.

You need to have a LARGER TOC disc to boot the dvd-r you want to play. If it is not larger your game will most likely freeze and not play.
