Updating Easy CD Creator Deluxe v4.0

[Duh !]

When I update Easy CD Creator Deluxe v4.0 to v4.01c or v4.02d and try to create an audio CD, the Wave files won't show up in their file folder in the Easy CD menu.
Granted this is a downloaded version of Easy CD Creator Deluxe, why won't it work after its updated?
Do I have to edit a registry entry or something?

Turn on Digital Reproduction on your CD
go to the CD proprieties under device manager
