HP 8200i Buffer Underrun using Disk Juggler v.2

I am trying to burn a couple of DC games using DJ2, I have an 833Mhz processor with 128Mb of 133Mhz RAM, I've never had problems with anything else, just these DC games, I am using 80 Min Memorex CDR's and am trying to Overburn as the files are 713Mb and 730Mb respectively (Silent Scope + DOA2), the buffer bar counts up to about 60-70% then falls rapidly to 2% and then the disk ejects.
I even converted the .img to a .nrg and tried to use NERO v.5, same problem!

what burner are you using, if a mitsumi brand then you will have problems.

try slowing down your burning speed
