How to tell a version 10.
Hi, Hi there. Just a quicky. Is there any way to tell a version 10 without actually opening the box and checking out what version dvd driver is in the firmware?
Was lookin at pickin up an Aqua ps2. R all of these version 10's? Thanx in adavance

I'm not sure how it is in the UK but here in the US V9's have a date code of 3B, 3C, and even 4A. The V10's have a date code of 3D. But like I said this might not mean a thing in the UK.

yes u can find out heres the info
 Versions 10 8 Screws & Electrical Hazard Warning. Model number SCPH 50003 DVD firmwire version is 3.02 instead of 3.00
