do you have user accounts on your computer? or does it log directly into the administrator account? only the administrator has permission to burn, unless he gives this permission to others, i believe. i could be wrong. i hate bill gates.

try installing on the administrator. i had no problems getting it there when i did so. i dont even recall the screen you are talking about
