Ok I have confirmed that the Audio Cable works fine. I played an audio CD, and I clicked "Mute" on the CD Player tab in volume and it muted. SO that means it's not the cable.
Now I don't understand how it can be that CERTAIN SOUNDS PLAY AND CERTAIN SOUNDS DON'T... Is the music in Codename Outbreak Main menu of a special type of format?? It seems hard to imagine as its just normal music with no need for extra technology to give me a hard time. Does anyone know?
