To meet my points again:
1/ Nero does not do 1:1 copies. It only handles subchannel data in the audio context as index data. If any protection mechanism uses the subchannel zones, then Nero can't handle it. 2/ CloneCD: The best version is 3.3.4.1. For Safedisc you would use the AmplifyWeakSectors facility. Youi haven't mentioned your reader/burner so I can't help you further.
