You can get a 100% English version here but it's only version 2.0.0.2.
Just tried it out and I got that messege as well - but only the first time. Update: Just checked that site again and i can't find the 2.0.0.2 version anymore cos they're going with the 99% official translation of 2.0.0.6 which in my opinion is a good enough translation. I'm sure the rest of it will be translated at some point.
