There are many programs that will write at you writers max speed but it is recommended that you use a lower speed to achieve better quality. here are some programs that will record from mp3 to cda:
Nero EasyCD creator 4x Adaptec soundstream Cakewalk Pyro Mp3 MusicMatch Jukebox (a good player too) HotBurn Pro (Overall good burning program) There are many more.
