i use easy creater 4 deluxe and record at x12 it makes mp3 into wav for you but thats all easy creater is good for

There are many programs that will write at you writers max speed but it is recommended that you use a lower speed to achieve better quality. here are some programs that will record from mp3 to cda:

Cakewalk Pyro Mp3
MusicMatch Jukebox (a good player too)
HotBurn Pro (Overall good burning program)
