No, Harry Potter has Safedisk 2.4, so Unsafedisk can be used.
1)Copy all dll's and main exe to temp directory 2)Run Safedisk Dumper on exe - creates a data.bin file 3)Run Rebuilder on the new data.bin file - creates the new fixed exe. 4)Rename the new file to what the original was 5)Replace the original file with the new fixed one.
