This looks like:
- the source of the FreeArc archiver; - ghc, a Haskell compiler; - gtk2hs, probably how to use GTK from Haskell; - a minimum install of MinGW, a C compiler suite for Windows. Wherever you got it from, probably that's where the answer is how to use it. [...] I think you can compile a special version of FreeArc that protects all archives created with it with a password.
