Did you check your email's inbox after you registered? If not, please do so but if you have and did not receive any confirmation mail, look under spam box and if it is not there either then you have to try and resend confirmation letter while doing that, make sure your email address is correct.
The other reason is maybe your account is inactive because you haven't logged on for quite a while. Last edited by Razor12911; 11-12-2015 at 10:14.
