Good afternoon, I would like privileges for downloading the file conversion required.

Do you mean you can't download file attachments?

(I really hate it when only registered users can download attachments from forums. I never realized that our forum restricts downloads the same way. What are protecting/concealing by this; or is this just the vBulletin default?)

I did not get anything in my email yet :(, plz need confirmation email for download :(

kizar231980, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Did you check your email's inbox after you registered? If not, please do so but if you have and did not receive any confirmation mail, look under spam box and if it is not there either then you have to try and resend confirmation letter while doing that, make sure your email address is correct.

The other reason is maybe your account is inactive because you haven't logged on for quite a while.
