I remember doing this one back in the day when games came with retail installshield setups that we could 'hack'.

Basically, here's what you need to do to get it done right:

1. Copy entire game dvd (files, folders, etc) to a folder on your hard drive, let's call this folder TCRSV2.

2. Extract the attached .zip into this folder.

3. Run dvd9to2xdvd5.bat

4. Find INSTRUCTIONS.txt in your TCRSV2 folder and pick up @ step 5.

Note: the way that this conversion shrinks the game down is by removing foreign language/audio files. It assumes in all steps you want to only keep the english game version.
