i made it "nearly" working:
i edit converter.ini and i change every SELDIRPATH with my installation path (the one in which i installed both games) so basicaly the conversion don't get our installation path when we select it. once i did this, i found another problem: the conversion run just fine but at the end it didn't put the files inside the resource folder (autorun.ini, setup.exe ect) in the DVD folders
