Have you tried what pakrat has said in the post above yours? From memory, what pakrat has posted will still work regardless of the size of the data2.cab. Because your data2.cab is bigger the process will create more data cabs, each extra cab file created will mean an extra DVD5. Just follow 'the file layout' of what pakrat wrote when creating the DVD's to burn. Note: pakrat will soon correct me if I am wrong.
