First: You must use Inno Setup ANSI version, not Unicode. Download ANSI version and install: http://www.jrsoftware.org/download.php/is.exe?site=1

Second: Put this path according to your game installation path:
D:\Games\Batman Arkham City\

pre-requisites must be in your game installation folder before you make the conversion. Copy Setup folder from your original DVD9.

Fabioddq, Finally. . . . I found the problem.
The problem is in my Windows 7. they have many corrupt file on my system maybe, I Instal my Windows, And No problem with your methode
