Way too much effort...
Simply mounting mini image in latest Daemon Tools is enough...

yes,it´s true, i have and older version of my DT and for that reason i have those things,now i update my DT and now its just mount mini image and work fine!!

Cure Rom is that app still up? I thought would be obsolete by now like most of that kind of utilities go

This doesn't work for me.

((( It says that original disc could not be found or authenticated... I did everything as the tutorial said.

EDIT: Which new version of DAemon Tools should I get for this to work??

Don't use CureROM & Pr0T St0P.
Just the latest DT lite version 4.40.2 and a Mini Image from GCW.
You have to activate 'Advanced emulation' in DT Preferences.
