I think it is like this if you are using windows:

Open Comman Prompt and type in this command, you can use any file extension and file size as you like:

Quote:

fsutil file createnew F:\IamDummy.txt 1300594688

or you can use the NOD32 Dummy File Creator Utility 1.0
