I´m also a mod and i can say that while we do sometime choose to help (see how i use "choose") that´s not our job, as the name well indicated we are here to mod the posts and make sure the rules are not broken.

I understand that not everybody knows what RTFM means, but i can assure you Joe was not being rude using it, it´s a common tech term, which may be missleading because of "Fucking" in it, but most of the times it´s used as just plan read the manual.

Just though i´d explain that.

"Fucking" in RTFM shows the annoyance that computer-literate people feel upon questions made by computer-illiterate users when such questions could've been answered by reading the manual that was made especially for users! It shows the annoyance because computer-illiterate people waste the time of computer-literate people with all kinds of problems rather than spending their own time to become computer-literate people themselves.
