Copy dvd1 and dvd2 to temp folder [dont replace any file when copy dvd2]
Download and extract attached rar to temp folder War Leaders_spa_only.rar
Run:
EditLayout.bat
spa_only.bat
clean_up.bat
Edit Setup.ini and change

Default=0x0009
count=4

key1=0x0010
key2=0x0816
key3=0x000a

to:

Default=0x000a
count=1
key0=0x000a

Burn dvd1 with any volumelabel, all files/folders except Data3.cab
Burn dvd2 with any volumelabel, files/folders:
DirectX\
War Leaders - Clash of Nations.exe
LauncherWLCoN.exe
data3.cab
icon.ico
AUTORUN.INF

before burn dvd2 edit AUTORUN.INF to
