Download and extract attached rar to temp folder Attachment 773
Run:
EditLayout.bat
eng_only.bat
clean_up.bat
Edit Setup.ini and change

Remember to start all over (recopy DVD content to Temp folder), don't use files what you now have those are already corrupted
