It's easier to extract the Czech patch with WinRAR!!
You could install the Czech patch, then save the motogp.exe it installs, then install the EU patch and copy back the motogp.exe! Anyway, to save you all the trouble I made a new EU (English, French, Italian, German and Spanish) patch with the Czech EXE in it. It's identical to the official patch as I made it with 7-zip and it's SFX maker: Code:
