The No-DVD won't cause problems. The v1.12 cracked by Razor1911 is flawless. I'd wish to say that about the game too, but sadly I can't.
You have a good system there, but the only card that managed fine Gothic3 was the Nvidia GeForce8800GTX(the762Mb video memory version). Arghhhh...I think only Test Drive Unlimited managed to approach the bugginess record and the poor optimization of G3.
