The commercial boot disc for Dreamcast is "DC-X" and it's from Blaze. You can probably get it at superufo.com, lik-sang.com or any other videogame online store.

Already Googled a lot for the DC-X, no one seems to have it anymore. BTW, Lik-Sang is long dead thanks to SONY
