OK, I've answered my offtopic questions by myself:
1st: I just use an integrated keyboard emulator which is in my mouse software.
So I've set O for Mouse button 5, and P for mouse button 4.
Works without any problems

(Also with all other games of course).

2nd: Maybe not possible...
