games in which i m not suffering any probs are like,,,
unreal 2 - awakening, max payne 2, serious sam 2.... problem games,,,, pop-sand of time, powerdrome, even old games like, simpsons - hit and run. thanx angel

Then it's, perhaps, the amount of video memory the games access. I don't know... (Have you contact the manufacturer of your video card with the information - and pictures - you listed above?)
And the usual fooling around: put the video card into another PC, put another video card into your PC etc. etc. Improvize!
