I discovered what was the error here with me.
I'm telling the solution in case it happens with someone too.

After the load, if your screen has a freeze image, just go to the settings and lower your resolution, go back to the game and all will be OK. After that you can set your resolution to the one that you were using before.

Well, The Easiest fix for this, is to go to the menu, and press in credits, after pressing credits, just hit "esc" key two times, an you are in the game!

I have a more annoying bug, that is the hair of ALL people, is in the ground, the funny thing is I have a PC at work, that works ok...
The Specs at Work:
P4HT 2.6 / 1GB Ram / 6800Ultra AGP

Specs in my House
AMD [email protected] / 2GB Ram / 2X 7800 GTX in SLI

The Crack for 1.09 ( Russian ) Doesn't worck on my Spanish version, any can help?
