But in all respects, your PS2 has to be modded to boot games of a different region... Which yours is.
This guy has a VERY old Neo-type chip which I would expect to be the problem. Regardless of cable, a newer chip which can force the video mode is all that will be needed.

but then again, if he has a ps2 with the neo2 chip its probably to old to be worth modding.
I still think that an rgb cable will work. I had a v3 before and I used the cogswap + dvd region x with that one, I think I had some ntsc backups at that time and I never had any problems. Last edited by The Squig; 09-11-2006 at 03:31. |
