OK...so I found a link 2 Driver updade...also DHModtool4c, a tool that'll mod my X1600 2 do what it is actually suppose to (toshiba blocks some of its performance 2 give better speeds)
I also updated my bios 2 Version 2.
Now lemme update my display driver & report how it goes.

Your DirectX is quite far from the latest; read the forum FAQ. Also, read the Windows documentation on how to keep BSOD's on the screen instead of an automatic instant reboot (must be somewhere in Control Panel/System).

Ya...I know...but I installed the cab file in DiretX folder of the NFS Carbon DVD when it wasn't installing.
BTW...I got the game working Just had 2 update my drivers And the game runs fine using the Razor supplied NoDVD crack found on the other thread So now I can keep my DVD safely without it getting all scratched up like my MW DVD Thank's 'lot Blazkowicz 4 guiding me in the right direction Otherwise I was thinking erasing & re-installing Directx Or even Fresh installing Windows

Ok, I searched the net a bit more and found that DHmodtool4c and the update (also given on the website of that tool)..

It works fine now
