Hmmm, perhaps, a simple automatic patch would also be sufficient: it runs through the ISO file and replaces all "AUTORUN.INF" strings (including those in Unicode, in the Joliet file system with long file names!) to, say, "AUTORUN.IN ". Drop me an E-mail and I'll make one during the weekend (no time for this at work...).

I'm surprised that you even have autorun active. The revelation that rootkits are being installed by store-bought audio CDs really opened my eyes to the security hole that autorun creates.

See http://sta.c64.org/shared/AUTORUN_INF.ZIP for a small generic patch. Dunno how well it works, though. Included is the patch script, to be compiled with apatch to get the EXE.

I like autorun it does me more good than bad, simply hold down LEFT SHIFT key if your going to pop in a audio cd you think may have protection, anyhow MS nuked root crap with there Antispy tool (now Defender) long ago.
