Voila,,,, ive managed to fix the prb.
heres how: Due to to tweaking proccess ive disabled some of the XP unusable services, and it seems that the one service is responsible with this WHQL, the service name is Cryptographic Service. Now ive just set the service on manual, and all returned to normal, the service starts only when required, in that way u can keep your tweakings. Thx all 4 help, and sorry 4 my bad eng |

Uhm, well, re-enabling the Cryptographic Service is just about the very fast (possible) solution mentioned on the pages you can find on Altavista (or Google)...
