If you have the correct licenses for the game to be installed onto 40 PC's then contact the publisher and ask them how you are meant to achieve running one game on so many machines at the same time!

These internet/cyber cafe things should be added to the forum rules. I don't think that anyone would be happy about cracks being used in a commercial environment; not even the crackers themselves!
