It's the "standard windows error message": Fifawcexe has encoutered the problem and needs to close...

I've e-mailed EA and got the standard answer to update my drivers, sent them another mail and haven't got any answer yet...and yes, it's original dvd

Have you tried the Windows compatibility mode?
And do you have Service Pack 2?
Or at least Win XP?

Just try it with a crack:

Your error message looks for me like a copy protection problem (because of the "~df...tmp").
And the crack should removes it.

So I think, the problem will be solved!

I contacted EA, as I've already written before, but I'm still waiting for the 2nd answer. Why should I use the crack, I've got my original copy? (I'll try it anyway)
