The Matrix : Path of Neo - CPU is at 99%, Game Doesnt Start

still no dice

I tried the no-cd/no-dvd like you suggested, no success, the process in the task manager is now "Matrix3W32S.exe" with the same problem, running tons of memory and stuck over 90% CPU usage, but no game, nothing at all.

There must be some simple explanation, hmmm.
