you should consider using HexWorkShop 4 because it simply is one of the best HexEditing Soft around.
hit CTRL + G, enter the address you want to go to. check "Hex" and "Beginning of File".

But the problem is cdkiller, i cant ffind the line 00001780h anywhere.
im using hex 3.0, should i update to version 4? and is it free? |

1780h is the offset number.
Use the goto option, and use 1780 as the offset number to goto. |
